It was the second most requested theme in our group-poll so go ahead and pop the corks off your favorite sparkling wine because it’s bubbly time. We look forward to tasting your favorite Champaign, Prosecco, Sekt or Cava or any other bubbly you’d like to explore with us.

NOTE: I moved the starting time to 6 pm which will hopefully make it easier for everyone to attend. Also bringing a snack to share with the group is always appreciated but not required.

Things to bring:
- wine to share
- a jacket and/or blanket
- Wine glass
- some snack of food for the group

What we provide:
- all the wine equipment (opener, coravin, decanter, aerator, etc.)
- some snacks
- water
- propane heater
- the occasional bonus wine
